I am a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience in financial management, auditing, and strategic planning. My journey has been defined by a passion for driving business growth, implementing efficient processes, and building strong financial foundations for organizations.
Currently, I serve as Vice President – Finance & Accounts at Manak Waste Management Private Limited (Cashify), one of India’s leading re-commerce businesses. Leading a team of 30, I have had the privilege of contributing to the company’s growth story, overseeing its expansion from zero to 200 retail stores, securing USD 160 million in funding, and implementing compliance structures in line with FEMA and GST regulations.
Prior to this role, I worked with Bright Lifecare Private Limited (HealthKart) as General Manager – Finance & Accounts. There, I managed investment rounds, streamlined treasury functions, and collaborated closely with investors to ensure transparency and alignment with strategic goals. These experiences have shaped my ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in high-pressure environments.
My professional journey began at Ernst & Young, where I gained a solid foundation in assurance and advisory services. Over the years, I’ve held roles at Jade eService (Jabong.com) and Aristotle Consultancy, where I focused on financial reporting, compliance, and strategic planning.
Academically, I am a graduate of the University of Delhi and a qualified Chartered Accountant. I have further honed my leadership and management skills through programs at IIM Ahmedabad and ISB Hyderabad.
Recognitions like the CFONEXT100 Award in 2023 motivate me to keep striving for excellence. I believe that continuous learning and innovation are key to navigating the dynamic financial landscape.
Beyond my professional life, I enjoy exploring new technologies and business models that challenge the status quo. I am driven by the belief that finance is not just about numbers but about creating value and building a sustainable future.
